Part-time Office Manager – 3 days a week at HQ of international hospitality / investment firm near Earl’s Court – Monday-Wednesday, office based, up to £22,000 for 3 days
Exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join the Head Office of international hospitality / investment business to support a team of 40. They are a great company with a real family feel who are looking for an upbeat and dynamic Office Manager to join them in their great offices near Earl’s Court on a part-time basis – 3 days a week.
The Office Manager would be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors – must enjoy being the ‘go to’ person for the team
- Facilities and contract management e.g. cleaners, stationery, IT
- Organising team social events, birthdays, anniversaries
- Health & Safety and First Aid
The ideal candidate will thrive in a people facing role, be naturally kind and helpful and have a positive attitude. The client is looking for an Office Manager with at least 3 years’ work experience which could have been gained in an office / hospitality environment. You will be joining a great team who all enjoy working together and a key part of your role will be supporting the positive office culture.
Salary and benefits
This is a part-time role working 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) in great offices near Earl’s Court. Up to £22,000 for 3 days plus good benefits and great team culture.
