Receptionist / Office Assistant

Receptionist / Office Assistant role working for a private equity firm in Mayfair – £25,000 plus benefits.

This is a great role for a junior candidate with some reception / hospitality / administrative experience. You will be based Front of House in order to meet and greet clients but will also be involved in administrative / support tasks. Your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office in a warm and friendly manner
  • Managing the meeting room calendar and meeting rooms
  • Stocking up supplies
  • General administration, ordering office stationary, binding, printing, etc.
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Keeping the kitchen stocked and tidy
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time

This is an important role as you will be the first person to meet and greet clients into the office so they are really looking for a friendly and personable manner and someone who is confident when dealing with HNWIs and investors.  You will also assist across the office so need to be a real team player. 

This role will be office-based Monday to Friday and the hours are 9am-6pm.  The salary is £25,000 and the benefits include 25 days’ holiday, bonus, pension, private medical and dental, fruit/snacks in the office, plus the team organise a number of socials throughout the year.
