Office Manager / Operations – fintech firm in the City – £40-42,000 plus benefits
This role is to support the London office of an international fintech firm. You will be involved in Office Management duties for the London team, as well as some international support.
Duties will include:
- Being the point of contact for general UK office enquiries, as well as some international support
- Taking day-to-day responsibility for the running of the London office, ensuring it is functioning well and an enjoyable place to be
- Coordinating client meetings, office events and staff meetings
- Upkeep of the office space and meeting rooms
- Managing office supplies, stationery and refreshments
- Providing some admin support for the HR department
- Supporting with staff onboarding and inductions
- Assisting with well-being initiatives for staff and organising team events
- Other ad hoc admin tasks / projects as required
This is a full time permanent role, office based 3 days out of 5, with the core days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with great communication skills and attention to detail.
Salary wise they are looking to pay £40-42,000 plus they have good benefits
